The Run for Orphans is Saturday, September 13 in Frisco Square! Only $25 to register for the 1 Mile Family Run or the 5K – and only $10 for kids under 12. You can’t help even if you don’t want to run – register for the “sleep in option” and get a t-shirt! EveryOrphan.org is on Facebook and Twitter – please share this worthy cause with your friends. Hope to see you there!
The 4th of July is almost here along with a long weekend of celebration! You won’t want to miss the fireworks and activities at Frisco Freedom Fest.

Come back on the 4th for family fun including the Children’s Expo, Coney Eating Contest, Dachshund Races, Live Entertainment, and Taste of Frisco. Tickets are still available for the FC Dallas game for soccer fans looking for a front row seat to the Fireworks Extravaganza! Be sure to plan ahead for parking!
Even if you’re not planning to attend, you’ll want to be aware of multiple road closures in and around Frisco Square beginning on Wednesday, July 2nd.

I just want to say thank you to all those who played a part in making the 3 Stacks Paddy Dash a huge success. With over 750 runners, it was our best year yet. Check out pictures from the event from Ahh! Photography and GuideLive.
It was great to hear all feedback at the event from runners, our sponsors and even volunteers: keep the beer garden and free food after the event! If you participated in the Paddy Dash, please complete our survey.
If you want to learn more about the Frisco Sunrise Rotary Club and why we give up some of our time to server others, come to one of our meetings – they only last an hour. Find us on Tuesdays at Randy’s Steakhouse at 7:30 am.
