Today is the Final Day to vote in the 2015 Reader’s Choice Awards!

December 18, 2015

Vote for your favorite local businesses in the Star Local Media Reader’s Choice Awards today – tomorrow will be too late! It just takes a few minutes, and your support means so much to local business owners. I have been nominated in two categories again this year – please look for my name in “Financial Services” and “Mortgage Lender”. Vote online here.

If you don’t have a preference in a given category, you don’t have to choose a nominee, but I hope you’ll look for some of my favorites: Bonnie Ruth’s has been nominated in multiple categories, Celebrity Bakery, Texas Ford Aquatics, Dr. Brian Bullit of Bullit Chiropractic, Tiger Rock Martial Arts, Randy’s Steak House, and Dr. Bobo, a vet with a servant heart and a great love for animals. Voting will run online through December 18th.

My focus every day is on providing the best possible service to each and everyone of my clients. Thank you for your support and for putting your trust in me!

Time to Vote in the Reader’s Choice Awards!

December 5, 2015

I am thrilled to have been nominated in two Star Local Media Reader’s Choice categories! I know everyone says it’s an honor to be nominated, but it is completely true. I have always worked hard to prove myself as a trustworthy service provider, and this validates my efforts. If you believe this to be true, I would be grateful for your votes in both Financial Services and Mortgage Lender.

Vote online here – it just takes a couple of minutes and is a great way to support the local businesses you have come to trust and rely on.

Your vote can make a tremendous difference in the lives of local business owners. Here are some of my favorites:

Important Time Sensitive Message from BurytheLines.org

December 1, 2015

Please read and share this urgent message from our friends at BurytheLines.org:

DEADLINE of 2:00 PM TODAY (Tuesday, December 1, 2015) – PLEASE SEE BELOW AND FORWARD TO ALL FRISCO RESIDENTS

Thank you for your continued support for Burying The Lines.  CoServ/Brazos Electric is still considering 120-foot power lines down Main Street or Stonebrook Parkway.  Our City Leadership committed to burying these lines in their resolution filed in September 2013, please see the below link for the resolution:

http://interchange.puc.state.tx.us/WebApp/Interchange/Documents/41808_335_767752.PDF

Our City Leadership is currently considering matters relating to the settlement of this issue.  The deadline to agree to finance the project is 12/17.  City Council will be meeting tomorrowevening (Tuesday, December 1st) in an Executive Session to discuss.   It is extremely important that we let our elected officials know that we hold them accountable to honor their commitment and to provide full financial support.

We are so close to getting these lines buried but we need to let council know that it lies with them to get this resolved successfully.

Please email the Mayor, Frisco City Council, and Senator Jane Nelson’s office to let them know how important this is to you and your community.  Please see the below for email addresses.  If you are unable to send your own personable email, A Call To Action Email will be sent out tomorrow with instructions on how to complete.

Exceptional Dallas/Fort Worth Mortgage Professional, Geoffrey Davis of First United Bank Earns the 2015 Five Star Mortgage Professional Award

Award winners represent fewer than 3% of mortgage professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area

Geoffrey Davis

McKinney, TX (PRWEB) June 11, 2015

Five Star Professional is pleased to announce Geoffrey Davis, First United Bank, has been chosen as one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s Five Star Mortgage Professionals for 2015.

Five Star Professional partnered with Dallas/Fort Worth Magazine to recognize a select group of Dallas/Fort Worth-area mortgage professionals who provide quality services to their clients. Less than 3% in the area were selected. Geoffrey Davis is featured, along with other award winners, in a special section of the June issue.

“I’m just a guy that’s here to talk to you about mortgage products and be a straight-shooter with you, just like I would with my neighbors across the street. A home is a long-term investment, and I view my relationships with my clients in the same way.” Geoffrey Davis of First United Bank.

The Five Star Mortgage Professional award program is conducted in more than 30 markets throughout North America. Mortgage professionals are measured using an objective, in-depth research methodology with significant focus on customer feedback and overall satisfaction.

“Five Star Professional’s research is extensive, with more than 10 million consumers, peers and other stakeholders contacted each year. We are relentless in our efforts to identify those professionals with the utmost standard of excellence,” Sarah Chilberg, Senior Research Manager, Five Star Professional.

Geoffrey Davis’s Five Star award profile can be viewed here.

Five Star Professional has been conducting market research to define and promote professional excellence in service professionals since 2003.

Mortgage professionals are awarded based on an in depth research process. Thousands of consumers are contacted to rate their mortgage professional on evaluative criteria including customer service, integrity, communication and overall satisfaction. Beyond a qualifying client evaluation score, professionals are evaluated on objective criteria such as experience, production levels and disciplinary and complaint history.

There is no fee to be considered or awarded. Visit http://www.fivestarprofessional.com for more information.
