Jobs Report numbers

The September Jobs report released yesterday expected 180,000 new jobs created but showed 148,000, yet unemployment rate dropped from 7.3 to 7.2%, as more give up job search.

And the Labor Force Participation Rate is lowest it has been in 35 years – this is not a good sign for our economic recovery. Do you have thoughts on when companies will begin to hire employees again?
