Here’s what you may have missed on Twitter last week:
The Frisco EDC had a booth at the Inc 5000 Conference in Washington D.C. last weekend, where they discussed the benefits of doing business in Frisco, Texas. Proud to have Mayor Maso represent our city!
I was amazed to learn that the iconic Bernard Schwartz house (or Still Bend), which was commissioned by Life Magazine in 1938 is available as a vacation rental? It’s one of the few Frank Lloyd Wright designed homes that allows overnight guests. Thanks, Bryan Smith Homes for sharing.
How long has it been since you’ve been to the Rocky Horror Picture Show? It’s that time of year again – you can catch a late night screening at the McKinney Performing Arts Center tonight!
Ah, the end of the Government Shutdown! Sure, we can celebrate a little, but let’s not forgot we just raised out debt limit when maybe we should have adjusted our spending…
Frisco-OnLine.com reminded everyone about the Frisco Humane Society’s Barktoberfest. It’s free, so grab your kids and your dogs and head out to Frisco Commons Park tomorrow (Saturday, October 19th) from noon to 4:00!
The Frisco Chamber‘s Business After Hours was hosted by 3 Stacks Smoke & Tap House. Like they said, “Great food, over 40 beers on tap and TVs everywhere!” It was a perfect venue to recognize Jeff and Dana Cheney for their 10 years of Chamber membership!
