The most expensive home in Dallas

crespi hicks estate

D Magazine’s recently published list of 100 Most Expensive Homes in Dallas is (not surprisingly), topped by Cinda and Tom Hicks’ massive estate. Originally designed by architect Maurice Fatio for Pio and Florence Crespi, the Hicks Estate is on 25 acres of land with nearly 29,000 square feet of living space (and that’s just in the main house) 12 fireplaces and just happens to be on the market.

What would you do with an estate like this?
