Dear Geoffrey,

Less than one week before early voting starts. The last three weeks have flown by and our team of volunteers is amazing. I can never emphasize enough how much your support means to me, my family and my friends.

As you know, turning out the voters in this run off election is critical. It is awesome to have signs in yards, but unfortunately signs don’t vote. You do! To make it as easy as possible, in this edition, we have included information on early voting, election day and absentee ballots.

Again, thank you for your support. I can’t wait to see you at the polls!

Your friend and advocate,

John Keating

Texas Election Code Sec. 84 addresses early voting. Basically the person has to be out of the county during early voting AND election day, be over 65, have a disability, or be in Jail.  The form has to be be mailed to them at an address outside the county.
