Funded

Here I sit, outside of a title company – the loan just funded and the hope is I can get the keys and take to my clients.

We never like closings late in the day is it puts lots of pressure on all involved but love it when they fund, and the clients get their keys!!!

Best Thai in Frisco Square

So I am here for a lunch meeting at Best Thai in Frisco Square. It appears it has been too long since my last lunch as they have completely remodeled the place!!

Am I done with Heal Toe running?

There is a change happening
to runners, many are changing their stride. I learned of this movement when
having lunch with my banker friend James Wiggins. While complaining of my
clothes not fitting as well and never enough time to get on the bicycle – running
was the reply. Don’t just run he said, run smarter – like your body was made
to.

 

There is enough to this
movement that my friend Patton opened an on-line store and information portal
to help others understand. When I think running I think of both Luke’s Locker and Patton Gleason – both have a wealth of
knowledge – get motivated and call or visit one of them!

 

Heck, I was a runner before I
was a bicycle racer so give it a shot I thought and here I am, 7 lbs. lighter
and seeing a path towards reclaiming much of my past wardrobe! All while
learning to run again, with some really fast shoes!!!

One just needs to hear her to know she is one of the
best, talking about Janice Auch. While Clay Lien has been off on
sabbatical, she has run the show and rocked the house! Heck, in last week’s
sermon she worked in the Frisco RoughRiders & 7-11 while talking about how
to make a little bread go a long way!

 

And I am sure she will be the 1^st to say how HAPPY
she is to know that Clay is back in town. Come see him this Wednesday at 7pm -
you can also check out Philipalooza band – and man do they rock (I
