How Much More Can I Learn?

Just a heads that I will be participating in a Real Estate seminar in Dallas the 1st part of this week.  I find it invaluable to listen and learn- in this ever changing market place- as much as I can from Lenders and trusted advisors.  Looking forward to the next time we speak as I will be noticeably smarter ;)
